I used to 😕 The problem with living on autopilot is that it leaves you sleepwalking through life’s moments making it difficult to make intentional decisions. Instead of making CONSCIOUS choices about the clothes you wear, food you eat, people you spend time with, things you buy, the work you do & places you go – you make decisions by default. Let’s unbox this together, shall we?! Our unconscious mind drives most of our habits, and our thoughts result in our actions which create our results. Our thoughts create our feelings which guide us in our decisions. But you’re not aware of your unconscious thoughts so how do you know that they’re guiding you in the right direction? A great way to get a thermometer on your unconscious thoughts is by asking yourself a question & FEELING into the answer. This is called muscle testing. It’s a great way to discover if you have subconscious thought patterns that create self-sabotage in your life. 1️⃣ Start off by saying a truth to yourself: My name is *your name* 2️⃣ Then say a lie to yourself like: My age is 4 years old. > Now you know what a lie in your body and a truth in your body feels like. > Our unconscious mind is the storehouse & creator of our emotions. 3️⃣ Now say your desires & find out if they feel like a TRUTH or a LIE: Examples: ↠ I am good enough ↠ I’m always supported in what I do ↠ I can easily attract *your goal* into my life ↠ Everything is happening FOR me ↠ I’m loved & accepted ↠ It’s safe for me to make xx money ↠ My story is important ↠ It is safe for me to speak my mind Feel free to add your own things that you’d like to be true for you If the things you want feel like a lie, then begin to work with your subconscious mind to create BELIEFS that you can accomplish what you REALLY desire!
