When thoughts come into my mind, I gain awareness of them and I ask myself:
“Is this thought going to get me closer to where I want to go … or is it going to pull me further away?”
Think of attaining goals like a journey. 🧭
Powerful thoughts will keep us more on course, while negative/unproductive thoughts will have us taking constant U-turns.
