Your energy creates more of your reality than you think.

Sure, there’s sooooo many more emotions within each bucket,but to simplify things, it’s one or the other.
We all know fear is the opposite of love. But it creates so many behaviors we are not even consciously aware of. From stress to inaction … to blocks and self-doubt… to shaming and judgment.

Overcoming fear is easier for some than others. But it’s something we have to work on constantly. We’re not a light switch. And I have to admit something to you. Fear has been something I’ve worked SO HARD MY ENTIRE LIFE. It stems from losing my mama at the tender of age of 7 while also having OCD anxiety. Intrusive thoughts GALORE! So if I’m a daily overcomer. You can too! So anytime you’re having a fearful or negative thought about your business, your family, a situation or outcome…
A great way to shift from fear to love is:
1️⃣ Acknowledge this thought. Take a deep breath in and allow the feelings to settle. Don’t push them away. 2️⃣ Then CHOOSE differently, choose love. It’s the power of the choice that changes the perception (rather than sweeping under the rug and it living in your subconscious) 3️⃣ Repeat this mantra: I acknowledge this thought, but I CHOOSE peace (or another love feeling) instead. Then just repeat it over and over for 15-30 seconds.
This is like taking a hit of high vibe. 💫
