Anyone *could* spiral into a negative mindset at any time.
Even Tony Robbins.
The difference between those who have *mastered* their mindset is HOW LONG their cycle lasts before they can shift into new thought patterns and behaviors.
Could be 2 minutes.
Could be 2 hours.
Could be 2 weeks.
Could be 2 months.
And could even be 2 years.
When you have mastered your mindset, shifts are quicker, more agile, and don’t easily derail your attention to what you want and need to accomplish for the day or week.
🚨[CAVEAT: it is important to say here that circumstances involving trauma or when healing any form of mental health, adds in other layers of “mastering your mindset” … so never compare your journey with anyone else not carrying around that extra weight]. 👊🏼
The point though is this:
Anyone who has mastered their mindset, has worked on it diligently, consistently with love and determination to become their best self (no matter their circumstances).
But even more, CONTINUES to work on it.
Daily.
Like brushing your teeth. (I hope ya’ll brush daily!) 😆
Because they know if they don’t, they could spiral into the cycle that could last days, weeks or years instead of a few minutes/hours.
I know this past year had me in a few cycles.
📣 FULL DISCLAIMER: some were easier than others to get out of. But the version of me today handled them with more grace & ease than a version of me years ago that thought working on my mindset meant only Happy Hour after my 9-5 and a venting session with my bestie.
It’s all in the shifts. 💫
How have you been doing with the daily mindset shifts?
Quick shifts?
Medium shifts?
Dragged out shifts?
Let’s chat about ’em… 👇🏼
And tell me which stage of the cycle you feel you get stuck on most.
