Are you trying to be a flawless, superwoman? I’m all for empowerment and using your superpowers (because you have them, darling!) But this is when you set yourself to impossible standards of perfection — you expect yourself to accomplish ANY task you set out to achieve flawlessly, with no breathing room for mishaps, missteps or challenges. And when you do, instead of it being a lesson for further improving and growing, it’s a BIG FAT FAILURE, which only naturally fuels your perfectionistic tendencies.
👉🏼 At the core, it’s a feeling of inadequacy.
𝟯) 𝗙𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀
This comes in the form of fearing future success or not wanting to acknowledge current success.
Do you feel anxious about success?

Do you use negative self-talk to convince yourself that you don’t own your own success? Passing it off to others?
👉🏼 At the core, it’s a feeling of unworthiness.
